CUTTING MACHINE WITH DIAMOND WIRE FOR CURVED KERB
                                                 

The machine is composed by a self moving structure on 2 horizontal axis and holding a wire holder group. The wire holder group is equipped with rotation movement in order to keep the flywheels always in radial direction turned to the centre of the curve of the kerb. This allows apart from the cutting of the kerb itself, the cutting of the chamfer and in the end the cutting of the kerb heads with precise radial direction.
All these movements are controlled by numeric control and are executed only by indication of the radius of the kerb curve and the length of the kerb from the terminal. The wire holder group is manually inclined to cut the chamfer.
The machine has flywheels with diam. 1.000 mm and little flywheels with diam. 400 mm. With these flywheels dimensions a good life of the wire is guaranteed.
The machine is completed with a conveyor for slabs with mobile supports which automatically come out in order to support the kerb cut. The machine can execute convex and concave cuttings.
