AUTOMATIC SINGLE-BLADE CROSS CUTTING MACHINE

This cross-cutting machine has been designed to automatically crop marble strips up to max 1000 mm wide. The machine performs the cutting operation on a thick conveyor belt so that the cutting waste can be carried out of the machine group: the cutting waste can be unloaded in a special container or on a belt for further transport out of the line. The machine is equipped with encoder on the belt conveyor and with sensors that control the strip at the entrance. By a terminal the machine can automatically perform the cut of the head and end and also the in-between cuts at the programmed measure.
