FILLING FOR TRAVERTINE


The filling machine for travertine is equipped with a double belt conveyor where 3 heads for filling are positioned.
The heads are adjustable in height and brings a system for steel slices that supply concrete on the travertine tiles surface by make it penetrating the holes.
A circle out of the slices with rubber gasket keeps the concrete between the slices and the travertine. Under the conveyor a metal holder allows making up the concrete that goes out between the slices.
