AUTOMATIC SUCKER LOADER/UNLOADER FOR SLABS

CL 2000 automatic loader/unloader for slabs is a machine specifically designed for the automation of marble and granite processing lines. This machine, fully automatic, picks up the slab with its sucker panel directly from the vertical storage and deposits it onto the motorized roller table that feeds the processing line.
The machine is composed of lateral sliding rails along which the trolley carrying the sucker panel runs.
The machine, provided with numerical control, is moved by servodrivers enabling particularly smooth movements, especially for taking and detaching the slab from the pack of slabs.
Both the sucker panel rotation superior to 180° and the one-side-open roller table allow the machine to load slabs for "open book" processing.
