MONOWIRE SHAPED CUTTING SYSTEM

This system has been designed to cut ornamental outline from stone blocks.
The machine is equipped with 2 flywheels diam. 2.350 mm for the movement and tensioning of the wire, and with 2 couples of little flywheels diam. 4.000 mm to guide the wire in any direction.
The little flywheels are installed on mobile arms to decrease the distance between them and the material and to increase the precision of the cutting.
The little flywheels can be easily moved from their position in order to use the machine for vertical cuttings and have more useful light.
The motor of drive flywheels is equipped with inverter to adjust the peripherical speed of the wires.
The machine can also be supplied with a turning fifth wheel.
